In the stunning area of Sevenoaks, this house has been given a new lease of life.
A complete renovation from the ground up.
Orchid Homes have completed the following:
- Conversion of attic space into a large bedroom suite, with a walk-in wardrobe & large en suite bathroom. Created by adding a large dormer to the rear of the property.
- Full remodel of the interior with a ground floor extension creating a large kitchen/dining area, along with a spacious family room.
- Modern bifold doors leading from the kitchen & dining area onto an enlarged terrace.
- Large lantern installed for natural lighting over dining area
- New staircase with bespoke understairs storage built within them.
- Created a new sitting room accessed from the entrance hall
- Fitting of a large boot room/ laundry room with an access door to the patio/garden area.
- 1st Floor comprises a large family bathroom (including a bath, toilet and separate shower, and even a sensor mirror installed)
- 1st Floor also has 4 bedrooms gently remodeled, one of which has an en-suite and one having a dual purpose of guest bedroom/study.
- Installation of a new staircase leading up to the new master bedroom suite.
- 2 new side dormers installed.
- New Cloakroom fitted on ground floor.
- New carpets laid throughout the first and second floor.
- New flooring laid throughout the ground floor with runners throughout hallway and on the stairs.
