Double Storey Extension and Internal Refurbishment

Location was an important factor for our clients in this refurbishment. They had a family home in a location that they loved, close to work, links to London and outstanding schools. The only problem was space to accommodate their growing family.

The answer was a double story extension to the side of their existing property. This would almost double the footprint of their home and provide much needed bigger kitchen diner, bedrooms with en-suites and a play room for the children. The project took approximately 8 months to complete although the final finishings took a little longer due to covid restrictions. The finish thanks to the clients attention to detail was immaculate.
