From Family Farm Land to Dream Home

Orchid Homes have been a part of this journey from the very beginning. Having completed work for our clients whilst they lived in their family farmhouse, their dream was to get planning on their farmland and build a new build home. Adam and the team were able to guide them through the planning application phase to obtain full planning permission for a modern, 3-bedroom, open-plan home. 

Working closely with the clients, who remained on-site in a static caravan throughout the build, Orchid Homes completed this project in approximately 8 months. Our clients carefully considered the beautiful internal fixtures and fittings to create some highly unique finishes. Our personal favourites are the copper slipper bath in the master bedroom and the floor-to-ceiling picture windows with internal blinds, showing stunning views across the south downs.
